We are a non-profit corporation that is established in the State of Michigan. We accept donations of computer equipment and software as well as usable medical equipment that we provide to those who have a need but are not able to get them on their own.

We have achieved the 501-c3 status, allowing us to receive goods and sevices in excess of $10,000.00. Currently we have a need for Pentium III class computers and better as well as networking and peripheral equipment.. While we can repair and upgrade computers, we do prefer that all ancillary equipment (printers, hubs, scanners, monitors, etc) be in working order. We will acknowledge all donated equipment and it would also help if you would pay the shipping, which would also be tax dedeuctable.

We have also completed out status as Microsoft Authorized Refurbishers

If you have an organization that you would like to donate an item to, we can make the arrangements and see that the item is forwarded to the proper place. We will need to confirm that they will meet our qualifications to receive goods.
